Lancaster VA native, Becca brings organizational expertise to Asbury Electric as a systems-focused manager who transforms complex challenges into efficient solutions. Beyond her spreadsheet prowess, she leads her church’s Women’s Ministry and cherishes fishing adventures with her husband and 10-year-old son.

New York transplant Craig brings leadership vision to Asbury Electric as General Manager. Father of five with two grandchildren, he balances company oversight with peaceful woodland walks and finds fulfillment in his team’s achievements.

Field Manager

Virginia-born Field Manager William specializes in generators and EV systems. As an eight-year Asbury veteran and New Kent girls’ softball coach, he values the company’s family atmosphere while mentoring apprentices.

Chesterfield native Ryan approaches his apprenticeship with satisfaction, seeing electrical projects come to life. A football and automotive fan with two brothers, specializes in Hampton Roads installations after joining Asbury last year.

Assistant Inventory Manager

Drawing, kayaking, and parts management fill Carter’s world since joining Asbury Electric in 2022. This Richmond, VA native oversees inventory replenishment while working toward building the “pit crew team” she envisions for the company’s future.

Originally from Maine, Isaac, affectionately nicknamed “Noodle,” has embraced electrical installations during his eleven months at Asbury. He is currently working towards his technician certification.

Electrician

Aaron is a dedicated electrician with over 20 years of experience, including his service in the United States Marine Corps, where he worked extensively with generators, hydraulics, fuel systems, and electrical equipment. He takes pride in delivering safe, reliable solutions for every customer. Outside of work, this family-focused husband and dad of three. He enjoys camping, fishing, barbecuing, and spending quality time with his loved ones, along with keeping up with his two energetic dogs, a Husky and a Cane Corso.

Technician

Don is a skilled and dependable technician who takes pride in hands-on problem solving, building, and troubleshooting in the field. He enjoys the variety his role brings each day, along with the opportunity to conquer new challenges. Outside of work, Don is a proud father of four who loves spending time with his family. You’ll often find him outdoors, especially when he’s building and tinkering on personal projects. One of his dream destinations is the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas.

Villa Rica, GA native and 12-year U.S. Air Force veteran Krista brings a strong background in production management, logistics, and customer service to the Asbury Electric team. She enjoys connecting with customers and is always happy to help. Outside of work, this devoted wife and mom to her 10-year-old daughter spends her time beekeeping, gardening, and nurturing growth both at home and in her community.

Originally from Maine and now living in Yorktown, Army veteran Nathan has been serving Asbury Electric customers for over a year with dedication and care. Known for his attention to detail and strong work ethic, he takes pride in making sure every job is done right the first time. Outside of work, Nathan enjoys camping, riding motorcycles, hiking, and staying active at the gym.

Since joining Asbury Electric in September 2025, Gregory has been a dedicated electrical apprentice with a passion for learning and growing in the trade. He enjoys hands-on work, especially device installations, where attention to detail is key. Outside of work, Gregory stays active at the gym, spends time with friends and his church community, and looks forward to one day traveling to Japan.

Apprentice

Florida native Rickey is an electrical apprentice who enjoys learning the trade and being part of a strong team. He first became interested in electrical work by watching YouTube videos and continues to grow his skills with hands-on experience. Outside of work, Rickey enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with his dog, and considers himself a jack of all trades. He brings commitment and dedication to the Asbury team.

Apprentice

Originally from Ohio, Thomas is an electrical apprentice who brings value to the team with his ability to work in tight, confined spaces. He enjoys seeing projects through from start to finish and is focused on continuing to grow his skills in the trade. Outside of work, Thomas enjoys working on his car, spending time with friends, and has spent the past five years serving at his church, helping on their audio production team.
