Hampton, VA native Tara has been with Asbury Electric for six years, where she thrives on problem-solving and building connections with customers and colleagues alike. Outside work, this dedicated mom of four enjoys cheering on her children at sports games, grilling with family, and embracing outdoor adventures!

Becca Simmons

Finance/Inventory/Office Manager

From Lancaster, Becca brings organizational expertise to Asbury Electric as a systems-focused manager who transforms complex challenges into efficient solutions. Beyond her spreadsheet prowess, she leads her church’s Women’s Ministry and cherishes fishing adventures with her husband and 10-year-old son.

Craig Riportella

General Manager

New York transplant Craig brings leadership vision to Asbury Electric as General Manager. Father of five with two grandchildren, he balances company oversight with peaceful woodland walks and finds fulfillment in his team’s achievements.

William Calapodas

Field Manager

Virginia-born Field Manager William specializes in generators and EV systems. As an eight-year Asbury veteran and New Kent girls’ softball coach, he values the company’s family atmosphere while mentoring apprentices.

Ryan Royea

Apprentice

Chesterfield native Ryan approaches his apprenticeship with satisfaction, seeing electrical projects come to life. A football and automotive fan with two brothers, specializes in Hampton Roads installations after joining Asbury last year.

Carter Martin

Assistant Inventory Manager

Drawing, kayaking, and parts management fill Carter’s world since joining Asbury Electric in 2022. This Richmond, VA native oversees inventory replenishment while working toward building the “pit crew team” she envisions for the company’s future.

Isaac Riportella

Apprentice

Originally from Maine, Isaac, affectionately nicknamed “Noodle,” has embraced electrical installations during his eleven months at Asbury. He is currently working towards his technician certification.

Dmitri Delcambre

Technician

Florida-born technician Dmitri thrives on forging customer connections while tailoring electrical solutions to individual needs. In his year and a half at Asbury, Dmitri has set his sights on earning a master’s degree.
